    Help from father of disabled son
    I have a 42 year old disabled son, his father has never helped in his upbringing is my son entitled to anything from his father, his father is not a poor man, I have never done anything about this before just get very angry as I had a lot of feeling for this man

    We really can't answer your question because a) you didn't tell us where you are from (laws vary) and you didn't supply enough details about what your relationship with the father was or what you did through the courts.
