My Showerhead still drips constantly when water is off, even after replacing parts
I have an American Standard Shower Faucet. Don't know the model #.. . Sorry. We have replaced the 'guts' to it, and it still drips; constantly. Is there something else that can be changed? I know nothing about plumbing but heard maybe it could be the regulator? Does that make sense to you? Do you have ANY ideas on how to make this thing stop? I would sincerely appreciate ANY and ALL help. It's like water torture! Thanks a million. Kat in Foresthill, CA.

I have had this faucet for several years. The hot water valve provides a normal flow of water but when shut off it continues to drip. If I shut the handle hard the drip turns into a run. Then after running the water normally and shut the water off in the normal way the drip condition returns.
