How do I find out if the house were I live is in foreclosure?
When I came to live in this house the owner told that they just have to
Do a little modification I thought it was some procedures that property owner do all the time
And I say yes I like the rent amount because it was the same I was paying at the last place he ask me how much I can pay so I told him the same I was paying where I was living.
He did want to fix anything in the house eve tough he say the house was ready to me to in a month before I rented
But that was not true before I moved I walk through and he told me everything will be ready for the time I need to move in.
Like few weeks ago I found a person an inspector from an associacion raking pictures of the outside of the house, he ask
For the owner wife by her name and last name and I just told him they don't live here and I just moved in.
How can I Do now if this property is in froclosure and if I'm paying my rent on time will some one take out of the house my pets and everything in the house this person is collecting money for rent and keeps telling everything is OK but I don't thrust on him any more.
Please help me by giving me a advise or giving me numbers or websiteb I can go.
I tried many places and I still can't find any answer I hope you can help me.
    Thanks

Foreclosure can takes months so , in the meantime, you must keep paying rent. The bank will let you know without a doubt once they control the property. The bank may or may not allow you to continue to rent after they take it but they will give you at least 30-60 days to move
