    Electrical outlets
I have a mobile home and recently the outside electrical outlet stopped working. I have checked the breakers and they are fine. How do I fix this problem?

Is it a ground fault outlet? If so, try the reset button. If not, you probably have a loose or corroded wire. Pull the outlet out and see what's behind it.

I had someone pull out the outlet and the wires are all intact and not corroated. Hmmmm now what?

Find out where the power lead comes from and see if you are getting voltage to the outlet. Put a VOM across the black and white, you should get 120V. If no power, go back to the next box nearest it on the inside wall, pull the outlet and see if a wire is loose there, it could be a loose neutral or power feed, particularly if it is backwired. If the outlet is back wired, change it to a screw connection. If you find nothing you need to do a little more detective work finding where the power comes from. If the power feed runs under the MH, look for a chewed wire, rodents are notorious for doing that.
