    THE hot waTER SHUT OFF VALVE Won't STOP WATER FLOWing TO THE TUB SPOUT when it is shut off. CAN I FIX THIS

    First off LOSE THE CAPS we don't yell at each other in here.
    We need more information. If your valve one handled or two knobs? What's the brand name? How old is it? Is it leaking hot or cold water? Let me know, Tom
