    Toshiba television only showing picture in black and white?
    I have a Toshiba 57" Cinema Series HD Television that is approx. 7 yrs old. When we unhooked it today to move it, we reconnected everything and now it has no color. Sound quality is the same, it just shows black and white only. Have tried 'reset' in the menu options with no luck. Have also tried unplugging everything from the power source to reset. We had it hooked up to our Dish Network box, DVD player, and stereo system and everything worked fine until we moved it. We have it set to ColorStream HD 1. We are using the red, white, yellow cables. That is what we used before with no problems. Am I missing something really easy and simple, or is this an expensive fix?

    Yellow white and red are standard composite connections, not the colorstream. Colorstream is actually component connections (red, green, blue for video, then white and red for audio). You have it connected incorrectly.

    Post makes and models of all your equipment. Also post the cables you have if you are unwilling to purchase new ones, and I will tell you the best way to connect your equipment.
