The collection Agency motion the court For Extension of Time. What do I do?
I answered a summons for credit card debt , file my notice to defend and sent my requests for documents. I just received notice from the collection agency with a motion to the court for Motion For Extension of Time. I give 30 days to respond to my request for documents. And they are requesting for a 30 day delay to answer, plead or otherwise move. What do I do at this point? Do I response the court about the motion or what? Help Please.

That depends on what you want to do. You may file that this matter needs to be held in an expediant manner and this delay is without reason as they have been given 30 days. Or you let it slide through and watch for a new notification as to when the new hearing date is set. Did they give good reason why it should be delayed?
