I have a small minicher doverment pincher and he is 8yrs old and has like same what things growing on his nose and at the bottom of his moth, it doesn't bother him, he takes them out but they seen to come back??

You have a minpin, a miniature doberman pincer, right ? If those growths don't bother him, then at 8 years old, he is okay, but if you are yourself worried about these growths then take your little dog the vet and have him checked out.

When is your dog due for his next vaccines? If it's soon, mention it there. They can sample the growths and ensure that there is nothing bad hiding within them. If you are worried about them, you can always take your dog in sooner.

You said he's eight years old so that is a pretty old dog, many dogs get these things that look like patches of scabs on their noses, legs, back ,almost anywhere but its normal and its just showing that the dog is getting old
