    How old are you? Do you have breakouts or want to prevent wrinkles?

    * Be sure to eat a healthy diet and exercise.

    * Wash your face in lukewarm (never hot) water. For dry skin, use cleansers on your face that do contain oils so they don't make your problem worse and follow with a good moisturizer. For combination skin, use a mild cleanser in the morning and avoid moisturizers during the warmer months. Apply acne cream to your T-zone when needed.

    * Once a week exfoliate. Purchase a mild exfoliating cleanser according to your skin type and follow the instructions. This will leave your skin fresh and it will wash away all the dead cells.

    * Do not pick on pimples or touch your face.

    * Wear sunscreen everyday.

    * Drink plenty of water.

    * Wash your pillowcase constantly.
