Movie about british prisoners who enter a flower show?
The men , who are in prison for different crimes, have been allowed to start a garden as a constructive activity. They find that they are very good at it and end up entering the annual royal flower show ( chelsea?) I think this was based on a real occurrence. Movie from the 90?
