Hi pnoguera, I'm assuming this is relating to an additional hard disk in windows? If this is a new disk you are trying to install, then check the jumper settings on the hard disks and try it in different settings. Try the "Slave" configuration first, and then check disk manager again. If it persists, try moving it to a different IDE cable and setting it to "Master", if it is an IDE disk that is.
