    What do you do when a known excon is threatening you?
    My friend's sister just had a baby with an ex-con. He works, but is not paying the bills and has been fighting constantly with her sister. My friend has been paying the bills in the interest of her sister and nephew, but is now being threatened by this man because of her concern for her sister. He keeps telling her that he is going to make her lose her job, that he's going to harm her and recently told her he's going to her job. I told her to call the police, but because she is so timid I'm afraid he's going to hurt her before the police become involved. HELP!

    She needs to stop "helping" which is to him most likely butting in, and stop having contact with the excon, while it is most likely just threats, unless she can prove the threats, the police are not going to do much.
