    I missed my period
    My last period was September 25 and I didn't get one yet, if I am pregnant how far along am I?

    You may or may not be, it merely depends on other cases to miss a period. Have you taken a HP test yet.

    And you would have conceived sometime in end of Sept or during Nov. There is no exact dating, just estimated dates
