    Landlord problem
I live in 2nd floor, landlord live in 1st floor. I'm foreign student. Last weekend my friends vistited my home and they slept at other friends house and morning came home and hung out. Landlord told me this is not hotel, if you take someone and stay here, you have to pay hotel fee. But my friends didn't stay here. And last night I slept at 12 but she said someone walked 3am. But there is no one! I told her and she said she can believe what she heard. She didn't believe me. And she turned off heater last night. Because she thought someone live in my home if she turned off that, that person would go out. But!! there was no one!! so my housemates got a cold!! how can I do?? I tried to keep her rules and good manners. But now I think I rentaled house but I don't have any freedom and landlord doubt me and she turn off heater when she is dissatisfied to me. How can I do? Please tell me...

Explain to landlord they can not turn off heat or other utilities as a punishment. It sounds like you just need to move, next time she turns it off, wake her up and demand she turn it on

The landlord should not have turned off the heat - first of all. Unless you are behind on your rent or bills, and even then those aren't necessarily worthy of this punishment, she shouldn't be able to turn off your heat.
If you've been having plenty of problems, I would suggest moving. Sometimes enough is enough, especially when landlords refuse to be reasonable.
