Well, I have not gotten my period yet (as in ever in my whole life). Actually if what I say below is my period well than I have got it.
Just yesterday I noticed discharge with what looked like blood in it, so I assumed I had gotten my period and wore a pad. But now I have noticed I'm just getting a brownish discharge and sometimes a tiny spot of blood but that's all.
I've begun to wonder whether this is my first period or something else?

Any help and advice is appreciated.

I'm 14 and I'm not sure on my exact weight but maybe 45kg

Okay, so you roughly weigh about 99 pounds and you are 14. Well, I can safely say that this MIGHT be the beginning of your first period.

Please understand that I am a Nursing Student, not a doctor, but I have also raised 4 children before starting nursing school.

It sounds as though you are beginning your first period. The bleeding may or may not get heavier in the next few days. It is all very individual, just like us women.

Have you asked your Mum about it?
