    A father Going to court for child custody
    i'm going to court for custody for my son, to prove my son mother is unfit she has two felons which she did two years then come home from jail and my son was born then she went back jail again. So i was taking care of her son and my son and she is on three years probation, and i have a wittness of her leaveing my son home alone when i was at work and my wittness is a fbi agent which he is a good friend and also she have a dui.and i had ask my friend two come to the house until, i get off work and he did and i did not want to call the police because i did know what will happen to her son. And my friend is willing to come to court. Do you think i will get custody

    There is no for sure in family court, have a good answer when the judge asked why you did not call the police as soon as you know the child was alone,

    But if you have a FBI agent to testify it will help, esp since they are experts at court and used to testifying.

    But you never know what a family court judge will do. While I say yes they should, the judge may order more classes for mother to take in child care, they may order a temp order, change to joint custody and more.

    So the real answer, you will not know till you walk out of court.

    You do need and should have an attorney

    I didn't come to court before the reason will first its two kids involve one is not my son and I didn't know what will happen to him and she was going to court for second charge that mean she would have one more.and have jail
