    Credit Card Debt, Never Served
I was never served any legal documents or even made aware I was being taken to court. My father happened to search for me on the Judiciary Case Search website and see it. A trial date was scheduled, and yet I was still never served. I called the court and talked to someone that said my trial date was not scheduled because I was never served. Now I just looked on the site and it said TRIAL DELETE and under comments it says 45 days after trial date, with other nonsense codes and stuff. I don't have a clue what this means! Help Please!

All of those nonsense codes mean something, go down to the court house and ask them what those codes mean.

A date is often set at the time of service is issue, but if you were not served and no service made, that date would be cancelled then.

But unless you have moved and they don't know where you are at, service is very simple , so I don't know why they could not have.
