Need help finding cartoon from 80s (maybe 70s)
About forest creatures. The bad guy had a long bulbus nose, and slept on a waterbed, with fish in it. Possible the main character was a hedgehog type thing. There may have also been a forrest fire, and flames that whispered. Help please this has been bugging me for a while. Does anyone recognize this?

So it's about a girl and a boy (maybe brother and sister). Each of them has one half of a ring and when they join those halfs and say some sort of magic words they summon some giant ghost who fights evil. That's all I can remember :( Do you know the name of this cartoon?
OK, I saw this movie when I was around 5 or 6. the main character was named peter and he had this magic paintbrush. He had many talking animal friends and they were being hunted down by an army of axes. Art style looked very similar to the movie, the wizards.
