Is it legal in FLorida to deduct a fine from an employee?
Hi. My question is : My husband was told by his crew leader to drive the company truck home from the job. They had to go through a weight station on the way and were fined 538.00 for being overweight. His boss is deducting his pay for the amount of the fine. Is this legal?
