I believe it's from '1994 or 05. The motor is making an incredible vibrating/clicking noise. Any idea what this is and the severity of the issue?

There's a picture in the middle of this page with the black round fly wheel. When I press on the aluminum lip on the top the noise stops.

That's the inducer motor. I'd check the 3 mounting screws to make sure they are secure and the rubber shock absorbers are doing their job (i.e. not broken). I'd also see if the black flywheel is actually loose from the motor shaft. You might be able to tighten it up (not too much!).
