Looking for an old movie, animated.
I'm looking for a movie I watched when I was really little. All I know about it is there was a girl with crossed band aids on her forehead and maybe, maybe there was a metal dog or something like that devouring a city. Ive been looking for this movie for a long time. It was animated. I was born in 1997 so anywhere after that point. I know I don't have much information but any help would be awesome.
