Children's animated movie from the 90's?
Does anyone know the name name of the children's animated movie about a castle or house and one scene a character dives into a pile of money but it turns into the floor. Another scene the characters turn into bugs in order to crawl get inside the house but they are prevented from entering by sound waves?
