    Fills fine then flush and water trinkles back in help??
    Toilet works fine most of the time however after a few flushes it will just trinkle water back in to the reservoir instead of filling at the normal pace. It will fill just takes forever, problem??

My upstairs toilet seems to fill when it should be flushing. I press the handle and it fills close to the top, then slowling empties as the tank fills. There seems to be no powerful swirling that most toilets do. This is a two year old home. Please help. Jake. :confused:
