    Personal property rights
In my decree I agreed to purchase a condo for my ex wife (stupid) to live. And after a period of five years she was to buy or sell the condo. It's been 4 years and she has stop paying the payment as mandated. The judge ordered her out November 1, 2010. They left the condo in a destroyed state and many personal items behind. It is now two weeks later and she called me to say they needed to come by and get the rest of their items left. Didn't she abandon her property rights by leaving the items and not asking for them two weeks later?

We have thrown many items away already in the clean up. What are my rights? We live in Kentucky.
