Ok, the other night I was hanging out with friends and such and we were drinking. After many many hours, I realised I had work the next day (today) so I stopped drinking and gave myself about three more hours to kind of sober up, I know I know, that's not enough time. Well I needed to get home, and had no cash, so I drove home, and was feeling fine. Then I saw the lights in my mirror, and I pull over, and the officer said he pulled me over because I have a tail light out, which OK, I have no problem with that, then he asks if I have been drinking, and I was honest and said yes, I had a few beers at a friends house and quit a few hours ago. He asked if I minded taking a breathalizer, and not wanting to cause any problems, I agreed, and When I did, I blew a 0.05. Now, I was in PA at the time, but I am sure the legal limit is still .08, right? Well I was given some kind of summons I guess, to go to court next week. I was also ticketed for the tail light. However, my problem isn't with the light ticket, it's the "suspision of DUI" ticket or paper or what ever it was that the officer gave me. He told me the court date is on the paper, so I assume that means I have court, but ***? Any help?
