Stayed with us for 2 weeks, her stuffs been here for 4 months
A friend of ours stayed with us for 2 weeks, no lease, just was living in her car and needed somewhere to stay so she could try to get her kids back and get a job. Well after two weeks of missing every dshs appt. and not going to any of her visits with her kids and not applying for any jobs (I don't think she even left the house unless it was to the store WITH me), we told her she needed to leave.

She kept telling us her dad would come pick up her stuff, we even put all of it outside so if he showed up when we weren't there (which she claimed he did) he could still get to it. Well as it looked trashy we moved it into our shed and informed her of this. Then her story changed and she was going to come pick it up next week, and then next week, etc. etc.etc. Then she moved to OR. And she was going to pick it up next time she was in town then she moved back and was going to come get it. We finally said hey, either pick up your stuff by next week or it's going into the dumpster. She said she would come get it, then the excuses came again, I don't have a way to get it blah blah blah. Then the next time we had contact with her we said we'd drop it off at her parents for her and she said no because they refuse to let her keep her stuff there. Then we offered to bring it to where ever she's living because she says her boyfriend doesn't have time to pick it up for her. She said okay, and then was not to be heard from. Can we throw out her stuff?

We have no way to send her mail. We don't have any address for her or even a phone number as she was homeless before/after she lived with us (her stuff came from her parents house) and had been for about 6 months. She doesn't have a phone as she doesn't have a job. All of the contact we had with her was because she used another persons cell, or text from a library computer. I don't have room for this stuff and I'm not willing to sit here and store it for her, the Shed is my husbands workshop and we need it back.
