Yes, you could be pregnant. Now you play the waiting game to take a pregnancy test. And you will have to do that to find out so you don't lose your mind. "Putting it in a little bit" can still cause a pregnancy, and never use "pulling out" as a form of birth control. (It doesn't work.)

If this turns out to be a false alarm, please don't have sex again until you and he are financially and emotionally ready to have a baby with your educations completed, money in the bank, a place to live, secure jobs, and the support of both families.
