    Toilet not flushing properly
My sister's toilet is not flushing. She had her water turned off for a period and now it's back on and the she says the toilet is not properly flushing, when flushed it almost over flows and nothing goes down. The toilet was OK before the water was turned off, what do you think the problem is and can she do anything herself to remedy it?

Your sister has a clog, maybe some dried up toilet paper or other junk. She should try roddding with a toilet auger or do some plunging prior to the auger. If the toilet work before this should fix it. How to Unclog a Toilet | eHow.com
