Ok so I recently started talking with this girl in one of my classes. I started smiling at her and would smile back at me. We have talked a couple of times and I like her. I see her in my class everytday and every time I go in she smiles at me. I don't know if she has a boyfriend though I'm hoping she doesn't but she on her phone a lot so I kind of think she does. So what do I do?

Gather the courage to ask her out somewhere and see her reaction, then just bring it up in a conversation. If she says no, without a reason, then maybe she isn't even interested in you, so her having a boyfriend or not does not really come into the equation at all.

Just because a female uses her phone a lot don't mean it's a boyfreind on the side gather up the courage to ask her if she has a boyfreind if she has no boyfreind she will notice you have take a shine to her buy asking about her relationship status the if your lucky enough you might get a date then work to the girlfreind stage

Ask her out, she won't be offended if you do and she does have a boyfriend. But if she tells you she does, don seem to diapointed. Say something like, "oh thats cool"
