    Very shy?
Ah... This feels a little awkward, but here goes...

I'm a shy person by nature (don't be surprised if this turns into embarrassed babbling)... However, this is only with people who are new to me... or that I feel I need to impress... Such as my partner...
... See where this is going? I'm 15 (going on 16) and female.
My girlfriend (14 going on 15) is lovely most of the time, but she likes to feed my shyness, as she thinks it's cute when I curl up into a ball of blushing, mumbling fluff. We've been going out for almost two years now. Neither have prior experience with anyone (which is understandable, we're only young!). I'm... really submissive.

I love her a lot, but lately I've been having a very hard time doing much with her, as any conversation I attempt to start ends with me trailing off and becoming awkward, and any conversation she starts ends in her random trains of thought merging into one complicated muddle and I start to tune out a bit because I feel like I'll say something wrong.
Not helping this is my nervous habit of walking along looking at my feet.
She tends to get into random slumps a lot... Which I probably look like I don't even care about, since when people are depressed near me, I freak out and have no idea what to do, resulting in me freezing up and just standing there.

Speaking of freezing up, I can't even kiss her because of my shyness. Not even a peck on the lips, on the cheek, forehead... Nothing.
As soon as she even looks at me I freak out and hide.
Can anything help with my shyness? It's really starting to get in the way!

I think my shyness scared her off a bit, too... Mostly this year, when other issues caused me to feel more insecure and shy, and I started freaking out visibly, I could kind of feel her backing off.
Think I'm freaking out too much here?

She obviously knows you're shy because you said she likes to feed your shyness. Have you told her how severe your shyness is? Have you told her what you told us?

You are young, and relationships when you're young are so very hard. You're just learning how to be with someone else, how to figure relationships out.

Communication is key to a good relationship. It's trite but true. So talk to her, tell her what you told us, that you feel your shyness is getting in the way, that she may be taking some of your reactions the wrong way, and that it's just because you're shy.

If she cares about you she'll understand, and then the two of you can work on it together, like any couple should. :)

I'm impressed with your writing. You are articulate and explain yourself well. I would suggest a journal in which you write sometimes to yourself and sometimes to her, and let her see it once in a while when you are sitting together on the couch and all is quiet around you.
Perhaps you are meant to be a somewhat shy and reclusive writer and the world will be better for it. Shy is nice. As long as you don't suffer. Best wishes.

    Sort of.
If you truly love her, you're bound to be a little shy.
But common. This is 2 years of dating we're talking about,
    Get your confidence up.
    But not up yourself.
The true boyfriend would do a list of things.
    Maybe this might help.
I found it on fb and I like it. <3

When she stares at your mouth
    Kiss her

When she pushes you or hits you like a dummie cause she thinks she's stronger than you
Grab her and don't let go

When she starts cursing at you trying to act all tough
Kiss her and tell her you love her

    When she's quiet
    Ask her what's wrong

    When she ignores you
    Give her your attention

    When she pulls away
    Pull her back

When you see her at her worst
    Tell her she's beautiful

When you see her start crying
Just hold her and don't say a word

    When you see her walking
Sneak up and hug her waist from behind

    When she's scared
    Protect her

When she steals your favorite hoodie
Let her keep it and sleep with it for a night

    When she teases you
Tease her back and make her laugh

When she doesn't answer for a long time
Reassure her that everything is okay

When she looks at you with doubt
    Back yourself up

When she says that she loves you
She really does more than you can understand

When she grabs at your hands
Hold her's and play with her fingers

    When she bumps into you;
Bump into her back and make her laugh

When she tells you a secret
    Keep it safe and untold

When she looks at you in your eyes
Don't look away until she does

    When she says it's over
She still wants you to be hers

    When she reposts this bulletin
She wants you to read it

**and when she says something and she doesn't mean it
Forgive her and know she loves you more than anything in the world

    - Stay on the phone with her even if she's not saying anything

    - When she's mad hug her tight and don't let go

    - When she says she's OK don't believe it, talk with her because 10 yrs later she'll remember you

    - Call her at 12:00am on her birthday to tell her you love her

-Treat her like she's all that matters to you

    - Stay up all night with her when she's sick

    - Watch her favorite movie with her or her favorite show even if you think it's stupid

    - Give her the world.

    - Let her wear your clothes

-When she's bored and sad, hang out with her

    -Let her know she's important.

    - Don't talk about other girls around her

    - Kiss her in the pouring rain*

    - When she runs up to you crying, the first thing you say is:
"Whose *** am i kicking baby?"
