    Child support Modification
How can I go about getting childsupport on a deadbeat father if the courts already ordered but from the orig court date the child support lawyer stated he paid day care when he pays nothing for my son.. How can they not make a father help support their child when I know he is on the streets making money?

What proof do you have that he is making money? And how is he currently supporting himself.

Do you have an office of recovery services in your state? If you do I would get in contact with them and set up a case so when he does get a real job one day they can automatically garnish his wages or take his tax returns. I would also advise you to read your support order it may require you to bill him within 30 days of the day care expense was paid. If your doing that and you have proof you are entitled to your money one day. If he is working under the table there is really nothing you can do until he get a real job.
