How to overcome addiction to internet


Have you ever been addicted to computer games, and you just keep playing that you forget things that needed to be done first? Here are three ways to distract people from computer games. Disconnecting the internet service, deleting and blocking online games, and getting a part times job that could makes us become responsible to our life and thus do something meaningful.
Firstly, an easy way we can do is to disconnect the Internet service. Remove the Internet jack from outlet, and everything will be fine. Or we can block webpage that provide games. Many teens born in the 21st century can't live without online games, so we can stop them by doing this. Call to internet service for disconnection might be the final choices. That will “kill” anybody's addiction to computer online games and force them to focus on things other than online games.
A better solution than to disconnect the Internet service, will be to delete and block Internet online games. We can set firewalls to the highest block level. Some of the teens only know how to play but don't know how to set the computer settings. Moreover, we can also more the original data to other files and change the data name so that other people won't find it. In the USA, American families hook a device called “Play Limit” which limits the games time. So we can control teens' addiction to online games.
However, the simplest and the most effective way is to get a part-time job. Getting a part-time job by doing community service for example is special and fulfilling. Earning pocket money by helping others will colour our life.
As what this essay has mentioned, I would suggest three ways for people to avoid addiction on computer games: disconnecting the internet service, deleting and blocking internet online games, and getting a part-time job. I always caution my friend on computer game addiction because it will affect out studies as well as sidetrack our attention on getting more important things done. Hope my friends to my advice.
