I spent 2 years completely growing out my grey hair. It looked great outside with streaks & sparkles showing. I made the mistake of listening to a stylist telling me I could get that effect inside by getting very subtle highlights and a clear glaze. But after the highlights she used a permanent ash blond toner because she didn't have what she was supposed to on hand. (she is no longer at the salon) Now I have an inch and a half of roots of my pretty grey coming back in to this ugly ash blond with lighter blond streaks. Is there anything I can do to get rid of or minimize this blond as I spend another 2 years growig it all out? Suggestions are most appreciated.
