    Ive been falsely accused
The wife is an illegal and in removal proceedings Ive spent all most 10000 dollars on her defense her family suggests we retain another lawyer at my expense, so after being adamant about not getting another attorney the wife says if I press domestic violence charges they ll give me my papers in 45 days and an apartment so around October third we have the final argument .She calls the police they ask me to leave I leave she calls me 30 minutes later as the cops had taken my keys telling me she was just mad... so after a day or so I come home she and the kids are gone so on the 2nd day I file custody papers,, with trial set for the 17th of nov .on the 27th of October almost one month after the allege incident she files for a restraining order,, telling all sorts of allegations out right lies she says I've beaten her every day for the past two and one half years,, which the kids god mother has spent plenty of time with us and has never witnessed anything of a sort... The god mother now tells me how the wife has stated to her how she hates me and has been stating it for awhile... God mom will be testifying now I've been recording my conversations with the wife well at least before the restraining order,, you see her whole Immigration claim is bogus and she knows I know this she claims to be running from her father,, Ive recorded her saying that her father doesn't want the dowry anymore because he's mad she's telling them(vawa) that they don't even speak,, OK after she left I think it became known to her that you had to have been here 3 years prior to vawa being able to stop removal proceedings... Now my question she's told them she feared for her life if this was the case would she have called me back home 30 minutes after the cops had left, Would she have waited almost a month before getting a restraining order?, If I get my lawyer to ask her about her father and she lies... and then we produce the recorded conversation will she be discredited? By the way I have retained consel

Sounds like a lot of hated divorces, they will require proof of the assults and abuse. Just listen to your local attorney
