My ac/heatpump unit blower is out of squence
My blower on my heat pump unit is out of squence. The blower is coming on at the same time as the fan and heat pump there use to be a delay the blower came on then a few seconds later the fan came on and after fan out off the blower stayed on for a few seconds now everything comes on at the same time and everything cuts off at the same time.

The heatpump works but the blower has problems. When the fan is put to "On", or when the system is initiated by the thermostat, the blower sometimes will try to start, but cycles on/off. I can hear the relay clicking. When the system does operate correctly the problem will eventually re-occur....
