    How can I sign my parental rights away
    I want to sign my parental rights away to the mother of my child. She won't let me see him she live in TN and I live in AZ I'm not on the birth certificate. She won't let me see him. I just want to sign my rights away how do I go about that do I still have to pay child support?

    You can't do that. Parental rights can only be voluntarily surrendered to pave the way for an adoption. Unless she gets remarried and her spouse wants to adopt, there is nothing that can be done here. You are still liable for child support should she decide to pursue it.
