What difference would a different uf rated capacitor make?

What difference would a different uf rated capacitor make?

Comfortmaker gua100a016ain. From what i'm reading make furnace should take 10uf. Currently has a 5uf, although my blower was replaced a few years ago so don't know if that's correct for new blower
