    Years ago I encountered a case of claimed HSP involvement in a postmortem evaluation. Might be able to answer your question with a little additional information. Please advise of the following:

    1) I assume you are referring to maternal HSP as opposed to postmortem fetal/neonatal claim, if so, what was

    2) age of mother, and

    3) is there an official finding (autopsy report) implicating HSP as causal in an actual case, if so

    4) please provide as much additional detail as known. (Please do not provide personal identfication(s))
