[Retrospective]

A few days ago I had "fairly" rough sex with this girl. A day or two later I noticed some swelling around the head (I am circumcised) which seems to have gone down while the mild pain and itching remained around the side of the shaft. A few days later I could feel two small lumps on either side of the top-end part of my shaft just below the penile gland when I had an erection. I could see the slightly 'palish' bump on the left one and, playing around with it, I felt it bursting just as a spot would except that it did not break the skin. I'm slightly concerned as I don't know what it is or if this is just some sort of muscular damage from the day before. I can still feel a thin line just under the head that feels like a torn muscle or something, but it doesn't hurt and at no point have I had blood discharge from anywhere. This series of events have only spanned over 5 days now and I'd be a little embarrassed to bring this up with my doctor if it were just a minor thing.

Please help me understand what this could be.
