I was served with a summons, and I owe the money to Bank of America not the people who are sueing me, CACH LLC. They apparently bought my debt from BOA. Im in Florida and my last payment was approximately 11/2007.
I had a Capitol One card that was defaulted on back in June 2004. On May 5, 2009 I was served with a summons from a lawyer.
