What is the best non-toxic and pet safe concrete cleaner ? An inside storage room with a bare concrete floor needs to be cleaned

I think careful rinsing and disposal of the water may be more important than the type of cleaner used. Even some of the ''safe'' organic based products could cause diarrhea if the pet licks up the residue. Regular laundry detergent, a broom, and a wet/dry vac might be as good as anything.
