    US Citizen wanting to marry UK Citizen and live in US.
    Going to keep this as simplified as I can.

    * I am a US Citizen
    * Girlfriend is a UK Citizen
    * We want to marry and live together in the US

    What would be the best/easiest way for us to marry and be together permanently in the US?
    I know about the K-1 fiancé visa but that could take up to 10 months from what I've heard and that's a long time to wait. And with the VWP, she can only come over once for the 90 days because obviously she needs to return a while before staying that long again, most likely they would stop her from leaving for a month or so and returning to do it again. Even after getting the K-1 fiancé visa, we'd still then have to apply for the real thing after getting married.

    Is there any way for her to come over here, marry me, and stay while waiting for things to be approved?

    If not, what about her coming over here for 90 days, marrying me while she was over here, and then applying for the spouse visa instead? Would they look down on us for her marrying me on a VWP even if she left when the VWP time was up? (She would definitely leave when the VWP was up). The reason I am asking about this method is that, at least we'd actually be married sooner, and two.. I'd only have to apply for the spouse visa so when that finally came through, I wouldn't have to apply for anything else, unlike the K-1 fiancé visa. Would it hurt our chances at all, her marrying me on a VWP though, even if she left before it was up? I don't want to hurt our chances.

    Overall, what's the best way for getting this over the most quick but at the same time, best way for her to stay here with me in the US(as long as possible) while waiting?

    Anyone out there have any advice for me?

    While she is over on a visit with her vwp just marry her ,say 75 days later and apply for adjustment of status . It is frowned upon but my lawyer told me to do that. Iam still here 5yr later and married. You MUST say it was a total spur of the moment good luck
