    Frequency of filing
    I filed Ch. 7 in Michigan in 2001`and converted to Ch. 13 in 2002. Can I file Ch. 13 again in 2007?

    This is more a legal question which should be posted on the LAW Forum.

    However, I believe you can only file for bankruptcy every SEVEN year, which means 2009 is the earliest you could file again.
