Not sure what you are asking. Statute of Limitations (SOL) refers to the window of time that someone has to take legal action against someone else. Once such legal action is initiated the clock stops on SOL.

If you have a Felony conviction it remains on your record forever. If you are applying for a job then you need to disclose the conviction because it will turn up. Unless the application specifies a time.

    Hello f:

The statute of limitations has nothing to do with disclosing information to an employer. The only limiting factor is the application. If it asks you to disclose your convictions in the last 7 years, then anything longer than that, you don't have to tell them about. Anything shorter, you're going to have to disclose...

When I say "have to", I don't mean you'll go to jail. I just mean if you lie to your employer and he finds out, you can be fired. Some applications don't limit the time they want to know about you. I wouldn't apply to those places...

Your record lasts forever, and they can ask you about it forever.
