    Missed periods and negative pregnanct test
    Hello I am 27 years old and I have two children ages 3 and 1. My cycle is consistently 24 to 25 days. I have now missed my period for 7 to 8 days and have taken 4 pregnancy tests over that span and all have been negative. I am concerned that something is wrong or that maybe I am pregnant still. Is this normal and if I am pregnant can something be wrong with my baby?

    It may be that you are just going to skip a period or it will be late.

    A positive result may not always show up for several weeks, and it would not necessarily mean there would be a problem with the pregnancy. You can wait another week or so and try another test, see your doctor for a blood test, or wait until next month and see what happens with your period at that time and test then if need be.
