    My 99 mazda 626 lights won't trun off any help??

    The combination light switch is likely bad. Some auto parts stores advertise they carry replacments. Disconnect the negative battery cable, prior to replacing the switch. In the mean time, disconnect the negative battery cable to save the battery.
