Pain in left pelvis when bending down

Hi, I have this sudden pain beneath my hip bone, only on the left side. It seems to stretch to my lower back and my groin/ thigh, but only the left side. When I bend down it hurts considerably more as well. What might be? I am 20, and on the pill also.
