    Possibility of Italian citizenship
    Can anyone tell me how someone in Italy can get Italian citizenship? My fiancé lives in Italy (over 4 years), and is waiting for his final divorce to come through. He therefore has a 'spouse' - I can't marry him, nor can anyone else. He has permanent residency #Italy#. A Kenyan national. I saw in Italian law somewhere that if you have lived in Italy 4 years or more, and you have a spouse, that that automatically gives you the right to citizenship. Can someone confirm or advise? Thank you,"
