    I'm from Texas and signed a lease yesterday. Can I cancel and get my money back.

    No, not unless there is a term in the lease that allows this, the lease is valid to all the terms in the lease and can not be broken after it is signed and agreed to. Without both parties,
    You may ask the landlord to allow you out.

    We are assuming this is a property lease so correct us if we assumed wrong. No 3 day right of refusal on leases, TX or here. Any additional details won't hurt

    Sorry, yes, assumed it was a real estate lease ( since it is under real estate law)
    If this was for a vacuum cleaner that you bought from a door to door salesman under a lease, you would be able to get out of that normally within the 3 day
