    I have a tenant that hasn't paid rent for almost two months?
    We are in richmond, ky what length of time do I have to give them for an eviction notice? I don't have a signed lease with them either. "

    30 days notice to vacate, BEFORE you can file for actual eviction... by my opinion you are almost 2 months late getting it out. No signed lease means they are month to month.

    I would suggest you read links like Eviction Notice and educate yourself on the eviction process in your state. A notice to vacate is part of the eviction process, sometimes called a 30 day notice. I agree we should have been reading this 2 months ago.
